All tuition and registration are to be paid in full no later than the 12th week of each semester. There is no refund for early withdrawal and anyone making tuition payments is required to provide a valid credit card number. This credit card will be used if tuition is more than seven days late. Students are to arrive ten minutes prior to any class in their official uniform and it is up to student to make up missed classes before the end of the semester. Southwest Ballet will not extend missed class make-ups from one semester to the next. Parents are required to call the student off when absent. Southwest Ballet reserves the right to cancel any classes to do low enrollment or any unforseeable reasons. Southwest Ballet also reserves the right to expel any student due to any unappropriate behavior or misconduct. All teachers have criminal clearance records.
